Robi9 (robi9.win) is an international online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and the Robi9 platform.
Using our services through the Robi9 website, mobile app, or any other channel means you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we recommend that you do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account with Robi9, you must meet the following requirements. Robi9 reserves the right to cancel any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
- You must be 18 years of age or older. Registration on Robi9 by minors is strictly prohibited.
- Only one account per person is allowed. Attempting to create multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or incorrect details may result in your account being suspended at any time.
- You must manage your account using your own name and your own payment methods.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Do not share them with anyone.
- Robi9 may request proof of identity and address for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification when required.
Registration is completely free: There is no fee to open an account with Robi9. Anyone asking for payment to create an account is committing fraud.
3. Betting Rules & Conditions
Before placing any bet on Robi9, please read the specific rules for each market and sport carefully. Bets are generally non-cancellable once confirmed.
- Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by market and are subject to change.
- In live betting, odds change rapidly; the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final.
- If a match is cancelled or postponed, Robi9 will settle the relevant bets in accordance with its own rules.
- If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, robi9 reserves the right to void or adjust that bet.
- In a parlay bet covering multiple events within the same match, all selections must be correct to win.
- The cash-out feature may not always be available, and the value offered is at Robi9's sole discretion.
Robi9 reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns, system abuse, or suspected group fraud, and to withhold payments pending the outcome of such investigations.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Robi9 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payment-related activities are subject to the terms outlined below.
- A minimum deposit amount applies; please check the payment page for the latest details.
- A fully verified account is required to process any withdrawal request. Unverified accounts will not have withdrawal requests processed.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Additional time may be required if verification is needed.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it must first meet the required wagering conditions before it can be converted to real money.
- Robi9 may place a hold on payments relating to suspicious transactions until an investigation has been completed.
Please Note: Robi9 charges no hidden fees. Any fees imposed by third-party payment providers, if applicable, are separate and may apply independently.
5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Robi9 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.
- The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members only and can be claimed once per account.
- To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the applicable wagering requirement (typically 10–30x).
- Bonuses have an expiry date; any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period has passed.
- If multiple accounts sharing the same device, IP address, or household are found to be abusing bonuses, the bonuses on all associated accounts may be cancelled.
- Robi9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the fair operation of the Robi9 platform and to protect all members. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
- Multiple Accounts: Running multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device.
- Money Laundering: Transacting with funds from illegal sources or engaging in money laundering activities.
- Bonus Fraud: Providing false information or exploiting the system to claim bonus benefits.
- Automated Betting: Automated betting using bots, scripts, or any third-party software.
- Match Fixing: Attempting to obtain advance knowledge of an event's outcome or to influence it.
- Account Sharing: Allowing someone else to use your account or selling it to another person.
- Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
Warning: Robi9 reserves the right to take legal action against anyone found to be involved in any of the above activities.
7. Account Closure & Suspension
Robi9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.
- If any provision of the terms and conditions is violated.
- If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
- No account activity for an extended period (6 months or more of inactivity).
- Failure to complete KYC verification or submit the required documents.
- Upon self-application under the Responsible Gaming policy (self-exclusion).
When an account is suspended, the balance is preserved and returned after verification. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited. You may also contact our support team at any time to request voluntary account closure.
